Title of the topic shouldn't be

Need TEAM Immeadtly
TEAM FAST
WE need you

or anything like that

It should be

[Scripter]/[Mapper]/[Hoster]/[Programmer]/[Designer]/[Team]

EX.

[Team] ParadiseOT Searching for a team.

In the Post it should contain something like that

Hello,
I'm searching for a team. I need 2 Scripters, a Mapper and Web Designer.
If you want to join the team, please make you application like this.
